Featured Past Project - Gallery 106

Located in the heart of downtown Starkville, just steps from Main Street, the storied past of this Gallery 106 was only foreshadowing the future it now holds. Originally built in 1905, this two story building has housed a general store offering everything from basic hardware to wedding registry and gifts, a Fred’s and a taekwondo studio. Creating downtown’s first full scale urban living option, Gallery 106 includes two second floor flats with balconies overlooking one of the city’s most recognizable streets. Each condominium offers 2,278 +/- square feet, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, wide gallery entry hall with a custom designed recessed cove ceiling, heart pine flooring, original exposed brick walls throughout, original exposed trusses, vast entertaining space, open layout with unique kitchen and wet bar finishes, an upgraded appliance package, custom showers and rear loaded garages. This project was the perfect platform to showcase our creativity in both design and construction.

Featured Past Project - Annabella

Nestled in the heart of a growing Mississippi college town, this unique condominium development showcases the finest elements of Louisiana's Creole and Acadian Influences. The diligence of the developer is evident upon your first entrance into this project. Attention to detail featured in the decorative brick and iron perimeter fencing and the covered verandas make this a truly authentic design.

Consisting of twenty units on a 2.55 acre tract, this project features three unique French Colonial and Creole style designs ranging from 1,889 square feet to 2,500 square feet. The Creole Cottage is an architectural style that originated in New Orleans in the 1700's and is common to the Gulf Coast. French Colonial, a variation of the basic Creole design, came into vogue in the Southern States in the 1940's and 1950's. The homes are distinguished by a front wall that recedes to form a first story porch and second story balcony that stretch across the entire front of the structure. Full length windows or French doors open onto the balconies. These one and a half and two story homes are symmetrical in design with front entrances placed at the center.

Belle Grove is located on the East side of South Montgomery just opposite Yellow Jacket drive. With five different floor plans to choose from, these two and three bedroom luxury condominiums provide a living option for all lifestyles. With their exceptional architectural detail, lush landscape design, private courtyards, expansive balconies, covered verandas, common green space and sidewalks, the ease of condominium ownership meets single family living, offering the best of both worlds. Throughout almost 5 acres, 54 residential condominiums ranging from 1,155 square feet to just over 1,600 square feet, these units have been a favorite for MSU Alumni while visiting their Alma Mater. The architectural style is reminiscent of both Low Country and New Orleans designs, complimentary to neighboring Annabella and Pitot House.

Located on the second floor of Central Station above Boardtown Bikes, The Lofts consist of six two and three bedroom luxury condominiums ranging from 1,090 square feet to 1,350 square feet. The design includes an open layout featuring a custom kitchen with a large dining island, stainless steel appliances and backsplash, quartz countertops, 17 foot ceilings, exposed brick walls, cable rail stairwells, tongue and groove ceilings, hickory wood floors and linen series tile.
